Ages 4–9 (Child Tandem): Children in this age group cannot ride alone and must ride tandem (doubling) on the same cart with a paying adult guardian.

Ages 10+ (Individual Ride): Children aged 10 and above can drive their own cart, provided they meet the minimum height requirement and can safely operate the brakes.

What to Wear: Please wear comfortable outdoor clothing and closed-toe shoes (sneakers or secure footwear). Loose slippers, flip-flops, or high heels are strictly not allowed on the tracks for safety reasons.

Weather Conditions: The Luge operates rain or shine. However, in the event of extreme weather or heavy downpours, rides may be temporarily paused for your safety until conditions improve.

Health & Safety: This activity involves sudden turns and drops. It is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with severe back/neck injuries, or heart conditions.

No Experience Needed: Don't worry if it's your first time! A mandatory 5-minute training session is provided right before your first ride to ensure you know how to steer and brake safely.
